Marleigh ensures the seamless operation of financial systems and HR processes, while aligning organizational goals and values, as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Innovia. A University of Michigan graduate with a BA in Organizational Psychology, her 20+-year career extends across human resources, consulting, organizational development and small business management.

For 13 years prior to joining Innovia, Marleigh had inter-departmental oversight as the Business Operations Manager for a Grand Rapids based high-volume screen-printing company. She has naturally gravitated towards entrepreneurial companies throughout her career, where she has utilized a talent for identifying business needs and developing infrastructure for enhanced efficiency and growth.

A Grand Rapids native, Marleigh and her husband Dan have 3 children, Brady, Bryce, and Avery. Football takes high priority in their household, with family allegiance to Catholic Central High School, Michigan, Notre Dame, WMU, and the Lions. Marleigh also enjoys interior design, live music, discovering new local restaurants, and game nights. She is most happy on or around water, especially with a great book in hand.
